Do you buy completely broken screens?

No, we don't buy fully broken LCDs. If you would like your fully broken screens back, we will ship them to you (client must cover shipping costs).

 

How often do buy back prices change?

We update our LCD buy back prices weekly. Shipments sent out prior to updates are price guaranteed.

 

How should I pack my screen?

Proper packing is crucial, these screens are very fragile! Please use bubble bags (two screens glass-to-glass in one bag) or plastic trays for each screen. Use bubble wrap for screen units (10 screens per unit). Always pay careful attention to how the flex cables are placed prior to shipping. iPhone 7 / 8 / 7+ / 8+ / X cables can be bent naturally. Please refer to our shipping example for more information.

 

How long does it take to receive my payment?

After we have received the package, it takes around 1-2 days to complete the testing process and to confirm the report. Once we have received confirmation, payments are dispersed immediately.

Do you provide free shipping labels?

Unfortunately, we do not provide free shipping. However, we can send you a shipping label and deduct it from your payout.

 

What are my payment options?

PayPal, Venmo, Zelle, Cash App, and Bank Transfer.
